On Monday, 5th September, fifteen students from Years 10-12, accompanied by Ms Kaye Sampson and Mr Matthew Wirth, attended a public lecture at the University of Melbourne to hear historian, Mr Mark Edele discuss the role of the Soviet Union in World War II, and how the interpretation of history changes over time. Professor Edele presented a series of seven theses in his lecture that detailed the significant role of the Soviet Union during the war, and how this compared with other nations.   Thank you Mr Wirth.
