Term 4 - 2024 - School Sport Victoria State Track and Field Final

The start of term 4, 6 students who qualified to compete at the SSV State Track and Field Finals

out at Lakeside Stadium in Albert Park. We had brilliant results with not only medals but many personal bests.

Our results for the day were as follows;
Gulliver – 3^rd Shot Put (17Yrs Boys)
Thomas L – 4^th 800m, 5^th 1500m (15Yrs Boys)
Mason P – 5^th 800m (17Yrs Boys)
Levi P – 9^th 1500m (16Yrs Boys)
Thomas S – 8^th 1500m (17Yrs Boys)
Chloe L – 1^st 400m, 1^st 800m, 2^nd 1500m and 4^th High Jump (14Yrs Girls)

Chloe Wins Tamsyn Lewis Award
On State Track and Field Final day, School Sport Victoria recognise 2 students. (1 Female and 1 Male). The female award is given to the female who runs the best 800m for the day. Chloe was awarded with this very special honour, which is named after Tamsyn Lewis who was and Australian representative at the Olympics, Commonwealth games and World Championships in 400m, 800m and 400m Hurdles.
